PTCL inaugurates One Stop Shop in Mansehra

ISLAMABAD, Oct 8 (Online): Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has inaugurated a new customer service center, PTCL One Stop Shop (OSS) in Mansehra, offering one window solution for diverse bouquet of services for PTCL customers.

The OSS inauguration is a part of the company’s drive to expand the reach of its products and to enhance customer service experience.

PTCL Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) Business Zones, Muhammad Nasrullah inaugurated the new OSS at a ceremony attended by senior officials and staff in Mansehra.

Muhammad Nasrullah, PTCL SEVP Business Zones said at the occasion, “Our One Stop Shops (OSS) are specifically designed and located to provide our customers with convenience to access and avail all PTCL products and services”.

“At PTCL, continuous innovation to facilitate our customers with latest telecom services is top priority and these state-of-the-art One Stop Shops are a step towards better serving their ever increasing needs and demands all under one roof,” he added further.
