TAMBOO Oct 14 (PPI): PPP struggle for strengthening democracy and democratic institutions and autonomy is beacon light. We are democratic peole and believe in democracy. PPP was defeated in elections through rigging by robbing people’s rights. We would continue.
These views were expressed by President PPP Balochistan Muhammad Sadiq Umrani while speaking to a delegation of Nasirabad here Monday.
Sadiq Umrani said 100 day performance of government in office is before all. Hike is at its peak and prices of all goods have sky rocketed. Employees are forced to fasting and APCA was protesting. He said their demands should be accepted immediately. He said sacking employees is cruelty and their economic murder. This government has proved to be extremely inefficient. Masses are compelled to suicide by imposing tax and tax. Instead of providing relief they are being burdened by price hike.
Sadiq Umrani accused PPP mandate was stolen and record rigging was committed. Sanctity of people’s vote was spoiled. However we did not leave patience for democracy and stability of the country. People Party has rendered supreme sacrifices for democracy. No power on earth can part us from people’s service. We would continue our struggle for stability of our country and elimination of backwardness, right of poor.
