14-year unconscious girl found near Expo Center

LAHORE Oct 15 (Online): Some unidentified miscreants fled away after dumping a 14-year girl overnight on a detached road near Expo Center of the city on Tuesday.
Rescue personnel shifted the girl to Jinnah Hospital where she is being given medical treatment.
According to the Rescue sources, a report was received that a young girl is lying in unconscious state on a deserted road in Jauhar Town near Expo Center.
The Rescue officials said the girl seemed to have been sexually assaulted. However, Jauhar Town Police Station is non-committal in this regard. Police said the girl’s statement will be taken as soon as she recovers.
The girl is said to be aged between 14 and 15 years. The girl’s identity has not been established as yet.
