Police powers extended to FC in Balochistan

QUETTA Oct 15 (PPI): Government of Balochistan has extended police powers for a month for Frontier Corps Tuesday.
A Spokesman of Frontier corps said here today that Home and Tribal Affairs Department Balochistan has issued notification to this effect. According to the notification FC will enjoy police powers till November 16 in Quetta city.
The police powers have been given to FC in view of deteriorating law and order in the province.
