FC convoy escapes bomb attack in Dera Bugti

QUETTA, Oct 16 (APP): A convoy of Balochistan Frontier Corps escaped
a possible bomb attack after two improvised explosive devices (IEDs)
were diffused in Depal area of Dera Bugti district on Wednesday.
An FC spokesman told APP here that the IEDs had been planted on
either sides of road where the FC and local Aman Lashkar convoys had to
pass through. The IEDs were detected and diffused accordingly during the routine scanning of road before the troops movement. However, no arrest could be made in this regard.
