President Mamnoon‚ King Abdullah meet in Jeddah

JEDDAH Oct 18 (Online): President Mamnoon Hussain has emphasized that relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are deeply rooted in the heart of every Pakistani and Saudi national.
He was speaking to Custodian of Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah-bin-Abdul Aziz Al-Saud in Jeddah on Thursday.
He said the two countries care about each other more in practice than in words.
King Abdullah said relationship between two brotherly countries are excellent at all levels and bond of brotherhood has transcended the vicissitude of time.
He greeted the President on performing Haj. He congratulated President Mamnoon Hussain on his election as President of Pakistan.
King Abdullah also conveyed very warm Eid greetings to Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and people of Pakistan.
The President expressed gratitude for the sentiments and also thanked for a very warm welcome and hospitality extended during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
He also conveyed Eid greetings to King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz from Prime Minister and people of Pakistan.
The President was accompanied in the meeting by Ambassador Mohammed Naeem Khan.
From Saudi side‚ Crown Prince Salman-bin- Abdul Aziz‚ Second Deputy Prime Minister Prince Muqran bin Abdul Aziz‚ Interior Minister Prince Mohammed bin Nayef‚ Deputy‚ Foreign Minister Prince Abdul Aziz bin Abdullah and other members of Royal family were present.
President Mamnoon Hussain also held a meeting with the President of Sudan‚ Umar al Basher in Jeddah.
The two leaders discussed matters of mutual interest.
