QUETTA oct 24 (PPI): Khyber Pashtoonkhwa Chief Minister Parvez Khattak has said a third force is involved in suicide attack on KP minister and other incidents of terrorism which do not want peace. It would be better talks should be held with Taliban. If these were delayed situation would worsen further and incidents of terrorism would increase. All parties including Tehreek Insaf have mandated federal government for holding dialogues with Taliban.
Announcing solidarity with earthquake affected [people fo Awaran he also announced Rupees 80 million.
He expressed these views at a Press conference at CM Secretariat here Thursday. Balochistan Chief Minister Dr Abdul Malik Baloch, Secretary General Tehreek Insaf Jahangir Tareen and others were also resent.
Earlier accompanied by Jahangir Tareen KP Chief Minister was accorded while welcome by Provincial President Qasim Khan Soori and central and provincial leaders of party. They were taken to CM Secretariat in a procession.
Speaking to Media men upon arrival at Quetta airport Parvez Khattak said war against terror was continuing for a decade. Way of talks should be adopted for peace in the country. He said he is here to extend help to earthquake hit people .Baloch are our brethren. We would not leave them alone at this difficult time.
He told Mediamen that in Balochistan and Khyber Pashtoonkhwa situation of terrorism is similar. Both provincial governments were struggling to overcome this menace. He said that two governments have come into being under a spirit to elimination corruption and commission from the provinces and abolish 64 year old system and bring in a new system to resolve people’s problems. He aid poor masses in Balochistan and Khyber Pashtoonkhwa are faced with problems and are away form education. We would bring in a system in which people would realize change.
He said owing to wrong policies of previous governments peole were confronted with deprivations. They were not getting their rights.
Answering a question Parvez Khattak said Tehreek Insaf and other parties have given mandate to federal government for talks with Taliban. It is upto federal government to halt ongoing war and initiate talks. He said was continuing for ten years is no solution of problem. Tehreek Insaf has clear stance that government should stop war and hold talks with Taliban.
Answering another question KP CM said not Taliban but third force is involve din terrorism against provincial minister and other incidents which does not want peace in the province.
He said soon after assuming power we eliminated corruption and commission from the province. Every dweller in the province would now admit that corruption and commission has become a crime in Khyber Pashtoonkhwa province.
