One shot dead in Karachi: 35 suspects arrested

KARACHI Nov 4 (Online): A man was shot dead in Orangi Town area on Monday morning here.
Sources said that some unknown persons opened fire killing a man near Dabba More in Orangi Town here, while the accused easily managed to escape from the scene.
Rescue sources said that the body of the deceased has been shifted to the hospital.
Meanwhile Thirty Five suspects have been arrested by Rangers within 24 hours during targeted actions in various areas of Karachi.
According to Rangers spokesman, the paramilitary force arrested 35 accused during raids in various areas of Karachi including Lyari, Landhi, PIB Colony, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Orangi Town and other areas.
The paramilitary force also recovered different kind of weapons during targeted operation.
