QUETT A Nov 19 (PPI): Deciding cases according to demand of justice is our foremost responsibility. Working honestly without any pressure would complete this responsibility.
This was stated by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Qazi Faez Isa while addressing oath taking ceremony of Chairman and members of Balochistan Service Tribunal at BHC building here Tuesday.
Chairman Balochistan Service Tribunal Zaheeruddin Kakar and members Muhammad Ibrahim Sumalani and Farzand Ali Mengal took oath at the ceremony.
Ceremony was attended by judges of High Court and lawyers in large number.
Chief Justice said a big responsibility lays on them that they would decide cases according to demand of justice with honesty and discharge their duty for dispensing justice of the peole and give their decision without sustaining any pressure as peole have pinned hopes with judiciary and with supremacy of justice peole can get relief.
