Saudi Embassy launches new visa processing centre

ISLAMABAD, Nov 20 (INP): Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Acting Speaker National Assembly has said that we are two sides of the same coin and as such, we share in each other’s happiness and pain. The relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are not of today but of long standing yester years.
He was addressing the launching ceremony of Visa processing centre for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Islamabad, on Wednesday. Prince Faisal Al Saud and Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Pakistan Mr. Abdul Aziz Bin Ibrahim Bin Salih Al-Ghadeer were also present at the occasion.
He said that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are brotherly countries and we stand with them shoulder-to-shoulder at all time. These relations are very strong based on love, affection and care for each other and with time these relations have strengthened further. “Both the countries are tied in the eternal bonds of religion, history and culture. Saudi Arabia has always supported Pakistan in difficult times” he added. He said that the security in Red Zone area is hardening step for common citizen to reach Saudi Embassy and get the visa. The creation of this Centre for the provision of visa especially for Hajj and Umrah is admirable.
The Saudi Ambassador Abdul Aziz Alghadeer said that the hearts of the people of the two countries beat in unison. It’s a popular fact that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have keenly and generously looked out for each other whenever the occasion has called for it. “We are decided to form such kind of centre in federal capital as well as in all provincial capitals” he added. He assured that more centers will be added in different cities as required.
