Cop killed, 2 injured across Karachi

KARACHI Nov 26 (Online): A policeman was killed and two other injured when gunmen opened fire at them in Ittehad Town area on Tuesday morning.
Reports said the deceased, identified as Muhammad Boota, was posted in Sindh Secretariat.
Two more policemen were injured in gunfire incidents, one near Hassan Square and another in Liaqatabad.
In New Karachi, police arrested two dacoits, Azam Aslam and Noor Muhammad, after encounter near Power House.
Meanwhile Karachi Policeé in its operation against criminals conducted 68 targeted raids in different areas of the city during last 24 hours and arrested 78 criminals.
Police also recovered illicit weapons and narcotics during raids.
