WASA forms survey teams

QUETTA: Water and Sanitation Authority (WASA) has formed teams to conduct survey for recovery of the arrears of the water utility bills as well as for illegal water connections in the city.
The consumes having more than one water connections would be asked to make their connections legal. Moreover, the defaulters of the water connections have also been asked to clear their dues as soon as possible.
It has been learnt that six teams have been formed in the Gwalmandi sub division, which would ensure door to door checking of payment of the water utility bills in different areas.
The water consumers have also been requested to cooperate with the survey teams of WASA. They have also been asked to pin point those having illegal water connections so that the issue of water supply could
be resolved.
