Nato tanker torched in Balochistan

QUETTA, Dec 17 (Online): Militants torched a tanker carrying fuel for US and Nato troops in Balochistan's Khuzdar district on Tuesday, a levies official said.
Muhammad Riaz, a levies official told aprivate TV channel that motorcycle-riding gunmen opened indiscriminate fire at a tanker near Wadh tehsil of Khuzdar district.
The tanker caught fire as result of intense firing.
Riaz said the militants sped away on their motorcycle after the attack whereas the driver of the tanker managed to escape unhurt.
Huge plumes of thick black smoke and roaring flames were visible from a long distance, Riaz added.
Fire brigade from Khuzdar district rushed to put out the blaze.
No group or individual had claimed responsibility for the attack till the filing of this report.
