QUETTA Dec 17 (Online): PPP Senator Raza Rabbani has alleged that efforts are underway to roll back 18th constitutional amendment, a move which could threaten the federation.

Addressing a seminar here on Tuesday, he said there was a particular mindset in Islamabad which wasn’t ready to transfer powers to the provinces, adding that such an attitude could pose threats to the federation.
