Man dies in Lahore house fire

LAHORE, Dec 27 (INP): A man died as fire caused due to gas heater gutted a house here night falling between Thursday and Friday.
Rescue sources said that Sirajuddin hailing from Chouhang, Jhanda Chowk area of Lahore turned on the gas heater to save him of intense cold weather and slept.
The clothes near the gas heater caught fire which rapidly spread to the room and later engulfed entire house.
The house owner Sirajuddin was burnt to death till the fire could be extinguished.
