Funeral prayers of martyred army officers held

PESHAWAR: The funeral prayers of three military officials including two senior officers of the Pakistan army were held at Chaklala garrison on late Sunday night
Major General Sanaullah, Lt Colonel Tauseef and Lance Nayak Irfan Sattar were martyred in Upper Dir area when a roadside bomb went off in Bin Shahi area.
Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Engineer Shaukatullah, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Khalid Shamim Wynne, Chief of Army Staff Ashfaq Pervez Kayani, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt, Vice Chief of the Naval Staff Vice Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah and other senior officials attended the funeral.
The bodies have been sent for burial where they would be laid to rest with full military honor.
