JIU-F Balochistan MPA surrender before police

QUETTA, Jan 12 (Online): Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F), Member Balochistan Assembly Sardar Abdul Rehman Khetran has surrendered to police, media reported on Sunday.
Khetran reportedly surrendered before the police in a case registered against 10 people that also included his son.
The case was registered for torturing police personnel, snatching their weapons and interfering official work.
Speaking to private TV channel, Sardar Abdul Rehman said that he himself surrendered before the police, adding that the case was registered on political basis.
“The case was also registered against the candidates who are contesting by-polls,†he added.
