Six-year-old raped in Lahore, accused arrested

LAHORE, Sep 16 (INP): Another brutal incident of child rape was reported in the provincial capital of Punjab on Monday.
A six-year-old girl was brutally raped by a 25 year old labourer addicted to drugs in Sundar located in the outskirts of Lahore.
According to police, the six-year-old daughter of a brick layer was playing outside her residence when she was taken to a nearby field by the accused. The child’s screams alerted residents and when they arrived at the scene of the crime, the accused fled.
A case has been registered and the accused has been arrested. The initial medical report has confirmed that the child was raped while the final report would be presented after a DNA report.
