8,50,000 firearms licenses yet to be renewed, deadline expires Jan. 31

KARACHI, Jan 27 (Online): All old firearms licenses issued by the Sindh government will expire after January 31, media reports confirmed.
Sindh Home Department cautioning 850,000 old licenses holders who have not renewed their licenses said these would not remain valid after January 31.
NADRA sources said only 200,000 licenses had been renewed, while the forms for renewal of only 20 percent licenses in the province have been submitted.
