BHC allows Shah Zain to go to Dera Bugti in phases

QUETTA Jan 29 (PPI): Balochistan High Court allowed Shah Zain Bugti and his caravan to go to Dera Bugti in phases.
Court issues this order while hearing constitutional petition filed by Shah Zain Bugti here Wednesday. Justice Jamal Mandokhel heard arguments and directed provincial government and administration for arranging scanning and checking of one hundred Bugtis daily for their arrival in Dera Bugti. Court also directed petitioner and Bugti displaced persons to cooperate with administration.
Justice Jamal Mandokhel asked Advocate General if he can impose ban on movement of any person he said it is not such. It is right of every one. But it is an important issue and its details are separate.
Lawyer of petitioner Sohail Rajput said that thousands of Bugti displaced people in 2005 were returning to their homes in Dera Bugti.
Advocate General said rehabilitation of Bugti people was not normal and both constitutional and ground realities would be kept in view.
