17 FC troops injured in IED blast

SIBI Feb 10 (PPI): Seventeen FC personnel were injured in a remote control bomb explosion near here Monday. Two vehicles were also damaged.
According to details a FC convoy was on routine patrol in area of Talli today. When it was about 12 Km north of Talli an IED planted by terrorists along roadside near a bridge was blasted off. Explosion was heard at distance. As a result two vehicles were damaged. Seventeen personnel were also injured. They included Sajjad, Ghaffar, Omar Khan, Ghulam Yaseen, Tariq, Mahmood Khan, Sanaullah, Zameen Khan, Muhammad Akhtar, Hayatullah, Zaheer Khan, Sher Bahadur, Ashfaq Ahmed, Asmatullah, Muhammad Yunus and Falak Sher. They were shifted to CMH Sibi where condition of six injured is stated to be serious.
FC Spokesman while confirming the incident told that 13 troops were injured slightly. Their condition is stable. He said a vehicle was also damaged in the explosion.
