DERA MURA DJAMALI Feb 27 (PPI): Additional Session Judge Nasirabad at Dera Murad Jamali convicted n accused to life imprisonment. He was also awarded 2 years RI and a payment of Rupees 0.1 million to the heirs of deceased.
According to prosecution Sher Muhammad, Ali Sher, Gul Sher and their sister in law Mst Raj Bibi were going to their Goth Fazil Khan Brohi in a rickshaw on June 2, 2012. Accused Ali Hassan and his accomplices riding two motorcycles and killed Sher Muhammad by inflicting iron rod sticks. He was injured and died on t he scene.
Finding guilty Additional Session Judge Hayatullah Khan Kasi sentenced Ali Hassan under section 149/302 and awarded life imprisonment. He was also awarded 12 years RI and ordered payment of Rupees one lakh to the heir of Sher Muhammad on another count. In Default of payment of money he would undergo additional imprisonment of six months.
