Capital police arrest car thieves, recover vehicle, liquor

ISLAMABAD, March 11 (Online): Islamabad police have arrested 13 outlaws including three car thieves from various areas of the city and recovered one vehicle, wine, illegal weapons and looted items from their possession.
A police spokesman said on Tuesday that Tarnol police arrested a car snatcher Saeed. Margallah police nabbed Abdullah and Imtiaz for their alleged involvement in car theft case while a tempered vehicle (JW-697) was recovered from an accused Ala Uddin.
Industrial area police nabbed two dacoits Usman and Shahid Zeb and recovered pistol, ammunition, mobile phone, cash and looted items from them. Sihala police arrested Waqas and Nasir for having wine while Raja Ameen was nabbed for decanting gas in cylinders illegally.
Secretariat police arrested two thieves Bilal Nisar and Usman while Bhara Kau police nabbed three dacoits Aziz, Ibrahim and Usman.
During general hold up, Islamabad police impounded 48 motorbikes and three vehicles being driven without authentic documents.
