11 killed, 35 injured in bomb explosion

QUETTA Mar 14 (PPI): Eleven people were killed and 35 injure din an explosion in front of Government Science College here Friday.
Twelve vehicles including a bus, 6 rickshaws, 3 vehicles and two motorcycles were also destroyed in the explosion.
According to details an explosion occurred in front of Govt Science College Jinnah road here this afternoon. A bus coming from Hazarganji area, six rickshaws, three vehicles and two motorcycles were destroyed in the fire after the explosion.
Passengers in the mini bus were burnt to death and their bodies were charred.
Thirty five other people were also injured. They were taken to civil hospital and later to CMH for treatment. Two officials of Balochistan Constabulary were among the injured.
Capital City Police Officer Abdul Razzaq visited he scene. He told Newsmen that preliminary reports indicate that a bomb was planted in a bicycle weighing about 5 Kg. He said 10 people were killed and 31 injured in the explosion.
Windowpanes, electricity poles and wires, sign boards, roof of houses were also damaged.
Roads were deserted and traffic disappeared from the roads after the explosion
