Fact-finding body finalizes report on Islamabad court attack

ISLAMABAD March 18 (Online): A fact-finding committee has accumulated a detailed investigative report into the terrorist attack that killed at least 11 people including a judge at a district/session courts complex in Islamabad’s Sector F-8.
According to policemen's statements recorded by the investigatory body, around 4-5 attackers barged into the session court buildings from the contiguous football.
The report further said the terrorists were armed with automatic assault rifles, hand grenades, and suicide vests.
It also added that when cops opened fire on one of the attackers, who had explosives strapped to his body, blew himself up.
