Tribal blocked Quetta-Chaman highway at Kozhak

CHAMAN Apr 1 (PPI): Tribesmen blocked Quetta-Chaman international highway at Kozhak Top Tuesday to protest raid at a house of a tribal leader in Quetta last night. Hundreds of vehicles plying between Quetta and Chaman stranded creating serious difficulties for the travellers.
According to details law enforcers raided house of tribal leader Habibullah Achakzai at Alamdar road here last night. They took into custody his son for interrogation.
Tribesmen in Chaman strongly protested over this raid and arrest of one man. They blocked Quetta-Chaman highway at Kozhak Top today. They demanded reason for this unjustifiable raid and release of son of Habibullah Achakzai.
Road was opened for traffic after several hours of blockade on the assurance of administration.
