Bilawal to be given foolproof security in Punjab: Rana Sanaullah

LAHORE, Apr 7 (INP) Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari would be provided foolproof security whenever he visited the Province.
Talking to media here on Monday, Rana Sanaullah said he had never spoken of not providing security to Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. He said the provincial government would extend necessary security to the PPP Chairperson.
About the statement of former Interior Minister Rehman Malik regarding threats to the life of Bilawal Bhutto in Punjab, Rana Sanaullah said every one knows how much truth former Interior Minister speaks. He said no one can compete with Rehman Malik as far as speaking lies are concerned.
He said the government is serious in dialogue with Taliban, that are moving ahead in a positive direction and would be successful.
Meranwhile sources said that Bilawal was due to visit Punjab last month but due to threats, he postponed the visit.
Sources say that in view of threats from terrorists, former President Asif Ali Zardari has decided to accompany his son to Lahore. Punjab PPP President Mian Manzoor Ahmad Watto has been tasked to arrange three public meetings for Bilawal Bhutto in Punjab. In addition, Wattoo would also make arrangements for Zardari and Bilawal’s meetings with leaders of various political parties in Lahore.
The sources added that during the PPP Central Executive Committee meeting on the occasion of death anniversary of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto , some leaders from Punjab had raised the issue that due to lack of interest of former President and Bilawal Bhutto, PPP was getting weaker. At this former President Asif Ai Zardari setting aside all the warnings vowed that he would himself visit Punjab along with Bilawal.
