Three killed, several injured in SITE area blast

KARACHI April 28 (Online): Three persons were killed while several others were injured when an explosion occurred in SITE area of Karachi on Monday.
According to the police, unidentified criminals riding a motorcycle hurled a hand grenade on a seminary at Frontier roundabout in the jurisdiction of Mominabad police station that killed three persons and injured 11 others.
Rescue teams reached the blast site and shifted the bodies and injured to the hospital. Nearby building were also partially damaged to the impact caused by the explosion.
Police personnel cordoned off the area and started investigation.
