8 injured in bomb explosion

CHAMAN Aug 7 (PPI): Eight persons including a woman and 3 policemen were injured in remote control bomb explosion here Thursday.
According to details terrorists planted a remote control bomb in a motorcycle and parked it at busy area Maal road along Pak-Afghan highway here today. This site is about 4 Km from Friendship Gate Pak-Afghan border.
It was exploded when a police van was passing the area. As a result eight persons including a woman, three police men were injured. They shifted to civil hospital Chaman. They included a woman, Amir Ahmed, Asmatullah, Muhammad Rasool, Siddiqullah, Khan Muhammad, Abdul Jaleel and others. Condition of three of the injured is stated to be serious.
Several shops, vehicles and motorcycles were also badly damaged due to the explosion.
