Accused sentenced to three times death

SIBI Sep 24 (PPI): District and Session Judge convicted an accused to three times death on charges of criminally assaulting a 5 year girl who had died later.
According to details Sani Masih sexually assaulted a minor girl Ramsha Kumari aged 5 year on January 22, 2014 and threw her in critical condition near Railway station. She was shifted to Quetta where she breathed her last.
Police arrested the accused second day a case was registered under section 302, 364/a, 376 at City Thana Sibi.
Finding him guilty of the charge, District and Session Judge Sibi Rashid Mahmood convicted him to three times death and a fine of Rupees 0.6 million.
The same court sentenced Muhammad Anwar Abbasi to 25 years RI and a fine of Rupees 0.2 million. He was found guilty in narcotics case. He was caught by Railway Police while he was smuggling 25 Kg Charas to interior of Sindh form Quetta by Bolan Express at Sibi Railway Station.
