QUETTA Nov 1 (PPI): No issue has ever been resolved by force not would be so. Solution to all problems is through talks only. To save fall of Dhaka like situation sense of deprivation of people of Balochistan is to be ended. A national conference would be convened in Islamabad to resolve problems of Balochistan after Muharram.
This was stated by Amir Jamaat Islami Pakistan Sirajul Haq while addressing a Press conference at JI Provincial secretariat here Sturday.
Amir JI Balochistan Abdul Mateen Akhundzada, Vice President Yek Jehti Council Asif Luqman and central and provincial leaders of party were also present.
Sirajul Haq sad it was his strive to hold talks with Angry Baloch. He said he sees a ray of hope. If we make contact definitely we would succeed. He said we made 37 contacts with dharna people in Islamabad and it is our effort all problems are resolved through talks. He said due to our efforts neither assemblies were dissolved nor martial law was imposed because we believe in democracy. We want to see Quaid e Azam?s Pakistan for which our efforts were underway. We hope we would succeed.
He said while travelling between Quetta and Loralai it was observed entire area was faced with drought. Crops and orchards have dried up and this drought was becoming crisis for Balochistan. Government should make emergency arrangement s for preservation of flood water and other water resources. Due to continued backwardness, deprivation, poverty and unemployment Balochistan was standing at the mouth of volcano. People are confronted with sense of deprivation. If it was not removed then we fear there may not be Fall of Dhaka like situation here.
He said it was Balochistan where its jirga supported for Pakistan from day one. But for the last 68 years operations are conducted here form Islamabad which have affected common man here. Major stress of Afghan and Russian war was on Balochistan. Now when NATO troops are present in Afghanistan Pakistan has suffered oas a whole and its impacts have also fallen on Balochistan.
