Asghar Achakzai elected President Chaman Press Club

CHAMAN Nov 2 (PPI): Muhammad Asghar Achakzai was elected President and Saeed Ai Achakzai secretary General Chaman Press Club with consensus here Sunday.
Meeting was attended by large number of members. It expressed satisfaction over the performance of former cabinet.
Meeting regretted that some journalists have conspired not to run matters of the club and they did not attend meeting despite information nor released news. Show cause notices were sent to them. Still they did not attend and formed a group and started conspiracies. They said Press club would be made further active and its matters would be run. Those creating unnecessary interference would not to be tolerated.
Meeting with consensus formed new cabinet. It comprises Asghar Achakzai (President), Saeed Ali Achakzai (Secretary General), Abdul Razzaq (Vice President), Gulfam (secretary Information), Matiullah Achakzai (Secretary Finance).
Newly elected President said Press club is home of all the journalists. Every one who follows Press Club constitution would be backed by members of the Press club and journalists would stand shoulder to shoulder.
Next meeting of the Cub would be held on coming Sunday.
