QUETTA Dec 5 (PPI): PML-N Member Balochistan Assembly Akbar Askani was disqualified by Balochistan High Court Friday. Askani was elected to Balochistan assembly from PB-50 Kech on PML-N ticket.
Single bench comprising Justice Muhammad Hashim Kakar of Balochistan High Court unseated Akbar Askani on receiving NADRA report. His election was challenged by Akram Baloch of National Party. He is former speaker Balochistan Assembly.
Learned Judge ordered repolling on PB-50 Kech.
