Safety of anti-Polio workers: Kazim Niaz for stringent security measures in Zhob Division

QUETTA: Commissioner Zhob Division, Kazim Niaz Khan has said that stringent security measures would be adopted for protection of the anti-Polio team members in the Zhob Division so that they may discharge their duties regarding immunization with peace of mind and extra zeal.
He was chairing a meeting on polio at the Commissioner’s office on Friday.
The meeting was attended by the Commandant Loralai Scouts, Colonel Muhammad Faisal, Commandants Killa Saifullah and Barkhan, Additional Commissioner Zhob, Talha Hussain, Deputy Commissioner Loralai, Shahzaib Kakar, Deputy Commissioner Musakhail, Agha Nabeel Akhtar, Deputy Commissioner Killa Saifullah, Asif Khan, Deputy Commissioner Shirani, Nazar Muhammad Khetran, District Police Officer, Zhob, Zulfiqar Ali Lalak, DPO Killa Saifullah, Tahir Allauddin, DPO Loralai, Muhammad Azam Jamali, DPO Musakhail, Muhammad Saleem, DPO Shirani, Muhammad Shakir and DPO Barkhan, Muhammad Amin Bukhari, besides other concerned.
The Commissioner directed to the deputy commissioners and the DPOs to take stern action against those displaying the weapons.
Action should also be taken against the illegal weapon runners, he directed further.
Speaking on the occasion, he also insisted that it is our collective responsibility to ensure immunization of the children against the polio and other diseases.
