Balochistan University of ITEMS: MBA department wins Inter-departmental T-20 Cricket Tournament

QUETTA: The MBA department won the Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) Inter-departmental T-20 Cricket Tournament here.
The MBA department defeated P&G department by 18 runs in the final.
MBA batted first and scored 114 runs in the stipulated 20 overs. In reply, P&G could score 96 runs.
Vice Chancellor of BUITEMS, Engineer Ahmed Farooq Bazai was chief guest of the final. He distributed prizes and trophies among the teams.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest appreciated the holding of tournament engaging the students of the University.
He said that such healthy events help promote positive thinking in the youth. He said that the University is paying equal attention towards the curricula as well as the extra curricula activities so that they are able to compete the students of rest of the province and the country.
He vowed to mobilize all available resources for provision of sports facilities.
