DG Industries dissatisfied with performance of Loralai centers

QUETTA: Director General Industries Department, Dr. Saira Ata has expressed her dissatisfaction over performance of staff of different centers of the Loralai Small Industries.
During her surprise visit to the centers of Loralai Small Industries and the Carpet Center, the Director General was also dismayed over absence of the concerned staff of different centers.
The Incharge and Assistant Manager of the Carpet Center Loralai and other staff briefed the visiting DG Industries about its overall functioning.
She issued directives to the concerned to submit reports of working of the centers on regular basis.
Speaking on the occasion, the Director General said that the present government is endeavoring to put the carpet centers of the Small Industries on modern lines in the province.
She the role of Industries department has been important in welfare and development of the women particularly the home based workers.
She said that the Industries centers would be made more effective. It would help end the issue of unemployment, she believed.
Director General on the occasion assured the staff of her cooperation in making the centers more effective.
She also directed to ensure attendance of the concerned staff of the centers.
