Altogether 42 first class graduates of various sessions awarded gold medals

QUETTA: As many as 42 best graduates and position holder doctors of different sessions of M.B.B.S and B.D.S of the Bolan Medical College (BMC) were awarded gold medals, here at the convocation ceremony arranged at the Governor’s House on Friday.
The President Mamnoon Hussain conferred the gold medals upon the students. Also present on the occasion were the Governor Balochistan, Muhammad Khan Achakzai, Chief Minister, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch, Commander Southern Command, Lt. General Nasir Khan Janjua, Health Minister, Mir Rehmat Saleh Baloch, besides other provincial ministers, parliamentarians, senior officials and the faculty members.
Those who received the medals in M.B.B.S were included: Dr. Fehmida Jan (first position holder) of session 2000, Dr. Habibur Rehman (best graduate) of session 2001, Dr. Hashim and Dr. Sadia Bano (best graduates) and Dr. Azika Imdad (first position holder) of session 2002, Dr. Ghazanfar (best graduate) and N. D. Shahid (first position holder) of session 2003, Ms. Hina Khudaidad (best graduate) and Ms. Farhana Kiani (first position holder) of session 2004, Waqar Azim Khan (best graduate) and Kalimullah Badini (first position holder) of session 2005, Muhammad Mudassar Khan (best graduate) and Ms. Saima Khuda-e-Dad (first position holder) of session 2006, Abdul Aziz (best graduate) and Marjan Khan (first position holder) of session 2007, Ms. Sania (best graduate) and Hafiz Muhammad Habib (first position holder) of session 2008 and Intesar Ahmed (best graduate) and Ms. Saima Khan (first position holder) of session 2009.
B.D.S medal holders:
Ms. Asima Khoso (best graduate and first position holder) of session 2002, Ms. Riffat Abdullah (best graduate) and Ms. Naila Amir Ali (first position holder) of session 2003, Sheikh Haroon (best graduate) Sheikh Haroon Ms. Uzma Luni (first position holders), of session 2004, Ms. Nazish Jahan (best graduate) and Ms. Asma Karim (first position holder) of session 2006 and others.
