Mumbai attacks cross examination: Pak Judicial commission leaves for India tomorrow

ISLAMABAD, Sept 19 (Online): Pakistan Judicial Commission comprising of eight-members will leave for India tomorrow (Saturday) according to the new schedule issued here.
Media reports said that the Commission was earlier scheduled to leave for India on September 11, but the visit was deferred due to annual holidays over there.
According to the new schedule issued by India, Pakistan’s eight-member Commission will proceed to India through Wagah Border on September 21. India has issued seven-day visas for the Pakistani judicial commission
Sources said the eight-member Commission had sought visas for 4-5 days but the High Commission has given them a seven day visa.
They added that visa has been given for Mumbai, Delhi, Agra and Amritsar.
The Commission members would be travelling to India through the Wagah border.
Judicial Commission members during their visit will cross-examine the witnesses and record their statements in Mumbai attack case.
The visit has been delayed thrice this month.
This would be the commission's second visit to India.
