FC conducts search operation, rounds up wanted smuggler

QUETTA Jan 3 (PPI); Frontier Corps Balochistan in search operations in Quetta, Mashkel and Awaran recovered arms , ammunition and explosives while a wanted drug smugglers in FC officials was also arrested.
According to details FC Balochistan carried out search operations in Quetta, Mashkel and Awaran seized weapons and explosives. First action was taken along Zarghoon (double) road in Quetta in which SMG (1), magazines (5), bandoleers (8), rounds (575), Bano (1), arms licenses (3). Several accused were arrested.
In another action in Mashkel area a drug smuggler wanted in murder of two FC personnel was also arrested.
This action was taken near Piran War area of Awaran where terrorists had planted 3 IEDs to target innocent people along the way of public transport. FC defused the IEDs without any loss.
