Local trader leaders for reduction in transport fares

QUETTA: Markazi Anjuman Tajran Balochistan has demanded of the transporters to reduce fares of their transport immediately.
In a joint statement issued here, the leaders of local traders, Abdul Rahim Kakar, Syed Taj Agha, Hazrat Ali Achakzai, Ibrahim Kasi and others regretfully pointed out that transporters have not yet reduced the fares even marked reduction in prices of the petrol and petroleum products.
They demanded of the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and Minister Transport to take action of the situation and make the transporters bound to reduce the transport fares in proportion of the decrease of the prices of petrol and diesel in the country.
Those not reducing the transport fares should be taken to task, they demanded further.
