No stone to be left unturned in protection of minorities: CM

QUETTA: The Chief Minister, Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch has categorically stated that the provincial government would leave no stone unturned in providing protection to minorities in the province.
This assurance, the Chief Minister gave while talking to a delegation of Hindu Panchayat, which called on him here the other day.
The delegation led by Hari Chand informed Dr. Abdul Malik Baloch its apprehensions about non-recovery of Dr. Manoj Kumar, who was kidnapped earlier last month.
Also present in the meeting were the Provincial Minister for Sports and Culture, Mir Mujeebur Rehman Muhammad Hassani, Advisor to CM, Ubaidullah Jan Babat, Member Provincial Assembly, William Barkat, Secretary Home and Tribal Affairs department, Akbar Hussain Durrani, Commissioner Quetta, Kambar Dashti, besides other senior police officers.
Speaking to the members of delegation, the Chief Minister appreciated services of the kidnapped doctor Manoj Kumar in the province’s education sector.
He also assured that the government is taking every possible steps for safe recovery of the kidnapped doctor.
He also assured that the wholehearted action would be taken against those involved in kidnapping for ransom and other crimes.
He on the occasion directed to the police high ups and other authorities to take action against the criminal elements fearlessly.
