3 FC men martyred, 5 injured in attack

GWADAR jan 9 (PPI): Three soldiers of Frontier Corps Balochistan were martyred and five others injured in an attack on their caravan near Gwadar Friday.
According to details a caravan of Frontier Corps personnel of Zahran Check Post was coming to Gwadar today. When it reached at Sunt Sar about 90 Km north West of Gwadar, terrorists hiding in the surrounding mountains attacked the caravan and fired from modern weapons. As a result three soldiers Nemat, Asghar and Raheem died on the spot. Five others were also injured in the attack.
Dead and wounded were brought to Gwadar hospital and injured were referred to Karachi for treatment.
Dead bodies of those martyred were dispatched to their native areas.
FC and other law enforcement agencies cordoned the area and started search of terrorists but no arrest was reported when last reports came in.
