Meeting reviews necessary arrangements for Matric examinations

QUETTA: A meeting chaired by the Secretary Colleges, Higher and Technical Education, Ghulam Muhammad Sabir reviewed the arrangements for annual examination of Matriculation for year 2015, here the other day.
The Additional Secretary Education, Deputy Secretary, Director Colleges and Chairman Balochistan Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Quetta were in attendance at the meeting.
The Chairman BISE Quetta, Professor Saadullah Tokhai briefed the meeting about the arrangements made for the annual Matriculation examinations in the province.
The briefing covered the setting of papers, posting of the supervisory staff of the examination halls, procedure of checking of the papers, provision of necessary facilities in the examination halls, the steps for prevention of cheating from the exams as well as the security of the exam centers.
The Secretary Colleges and Higher Education on the occasion directed to the concerned authorities to take necessary steps for implementation on the decisions taken so as to conduct the exams smoothly.
