Solution of public issues top priority, says DC

QUETTA: The newly appointed Deputy Commissioner Quetta, Dawood Khan Khilji has categorically stated that it should be our top priority to resolve the issues being faced by the people.
He was addressing the officers and staff of the Deputy Commissioner’s office soon after his taking over as new DC here the other day.
Dawood Khilji was posted as the Deputy Commissioner replacing Abdul Latif Kakar. It may be mentioned here that he has also served on different positions in Ziarat, Killa Abdullah, Chaman and Pishin.
He called on the officers and other staff members of the Deputy Commissioner’s office to serve the masses honestly so that they may not suffer.
He also urged them not to leave any stone unturned in resolving the public problems. Those doing negligence in their duties would not be spared, he warned.
The Deputy Commissioner also directed the staff to ensure their attendance in the office well in time. Meanwhile, he was also briefed by the officers about different matters.
