QUETTA: The senior United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) official Ms. Maya Ameratunga is due to arrive today (Tuesday) in the provincial metropolis.
According to the UNHCR Sub-Office Quetta sources, Ms. Maya would be conducting the media awareness session for the media persons here at a local hotel the same day.
She is likely to speak at length over the UNHCR’s role in volunteer repatriation of the Afghan refugees residing in different parts of the province including Quetta besides other related issues.
