KALAT Feb 10 (PPI): Minister of State for Post Services and Secretary General JUI Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Hydri has said through 21 st constitutional amendment several innocent people are being arrested while reluctance on extending hands on basic accused was being ignored. No one was trying to arrest criminal people who have made Karachi a hell for the last 20/30 years and killed people for not getting bhatta, threw dead bodies on road sin gunny bags and drilled living people.
He was speaking to media men at his residence here Tuesday.
Provincial Secretary General Malik Sikandar Advocate, provincial Naib Amir Maulana Abdullah Jattak and others were also present on the occasion.
He said accused involved in Baldia Town tragedy could not be arrested and they were at large even today. Relatives of victims were waiting justice and they were not getting it. He said it is correct Peshawar incident is regrettable and it is also true Shikarpur incident is also very much serious yet over 250 lives perished in Baldia Town factory fire was worst incident of Pakistan?s history. Taking criminals involved to justice is very much necessary. He said provincial government were conducting raids against madaris and masajid and spoiling their sanctity. JUI warns such steps are detrimental for the country and national solidarity.
