Bara Kahu attempted suicide case: Suspects sent on 14 day judicial remand

Islamabad , Sep 19 (Online): Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has granted 14 days judicial remand of two accused Hammad Adil and Shaukat Rehman in Bhara Kahu attempt of suicide bombing.

On completion of remand, police presented both the accused before special judge of ATC Atiq-ur-Rehman . Police officials told the court that the interrogation from the both accused has been completed so they may be sent to jail on judicial remand, which the judge accepted .

The court also granted five days physical remand of Shaukat Rehman in NATO container attack case .

The accused is under custody of Islamabad police in Bhara Kahu explosive case.

The court also gave five days physical remand to the alleged terrorist involved in Mumbai attack case, Benazir murder and killing of FIA’s prosecutor Chaudhary Zulfiqar
