Rescue 1122 initiates survey of “ High Rise Bill Boardsâ€

RAWALPINDI, Sep 20 (Online): Emergency Service Rescue 1122 has initiated the survey of extra large “ High Rise Bill Boards†of city to remove the bill boards becoming hurdle in the way of rescue operation.
District Emergency Officer Dr. Abdul Rehman while presiding the meeting of Rescue 1122 in Rawalpindi Headquarters said that all ways near business centers, and important squares will be expanded as much as possible to provide the services in emergency cases.
Dr. Rehman said, as per directions of District Coordinating Officer (DCO) Sajid Zafar Dal, bill boards fixed on the huge buildings of the city specially Murree road, Commercial market, sadder Cantt, Raja Bazar, Fawara Chowk, Sadiqabad, Chah Sultan and Rawal road could become cause of any unpleasant incident.
These towers and bill boards will be removed as they could become sever hurdle in during rescue operations
