QUETTA: A meeting was held on the project of Circular road bus terminal here the other day. The Mayor Quetta Metropolitan Corporation (QMC), Dr. Kalimullah Khan was in the chair. Also attended the meeting was by the Deputy Mayor, Muhammad Younas Baloch, Member of Provincial Assembly, Manzoor Ahmed Kakar, Additional Commissioner Quetta, Muhammad Qasim Mengal, Secretary Regional Transport Authority, Amanullah Khan Panezai, SP Traffic Saifullah Khan, Chief Officer QMC, Attaullah Baloch and Law Officer, Muhammad Riaz, besides the Project Engineer, Uzair Ahmed kakar and other concerned.
The Project Engineer briefed the meeting about the places, which were pointed out about the buses including old bus stand, taxi stand, railway land in front of the Quarry road and the cantonment land near Koyela railway crossing.
The Mayor of QMC directed to the concerned to prepare a report on the same and submit in the court of law.
Regarding affectees of the Bus terminal, a separate meeting decided to form a committee headed by Deputy Mayor, Younas Baloch.
The committee would prepare the data of the affected persons.
