QUETTA(PPI): Former Manager Pakistan Cricket Team and former selector Dr Qasim Balch while strongly condemned Pakistan Cricket board for not selecting any official or player from Balochistan for Bangladesh tour said step motherly treatment with Balochistan cricket should be ended.
Speaking with PPI here Friday he said tale of excesses and injustices with Balochistan cricket players was still going on despite lapse of 60 years.
He said a third class and incapable team was sent for world Cup. There too no player was picked from Balochistan. Our players he added were far better and able.
He said selection committee was completely incapable and new selection committee formed recently has also no representation from this province whereas other three provinces have been given representation.
He demanded that Balochistan should also be given representation in selection committee and four players should also be included in the national cricket team from this province.
He said if cricket board does not accede to our request our registration should be abolished. Or we would go to International Cricket Council.
He also appealed to Prime Minister to accept our demands so that sense of deprivation of Balochistan ends.
